Tashkent (Agencies) Prime Minister Imran Khan and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood have refused to shake hands with Indian Foreign Minister SJ Shankar over ongoing human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and Indian activities’ exposure Afghanistan.
